Total Body Focus. Using heavier sandbag weights, these classes will work through all of your body's movement patterns to build lean muscle and improve your quality of life.
ENGAGING & VIBRANT CARDIO
Utilizing the environment and hip-hop music, this club style dance cardio class makes for a fun sweaty way to work your lungs and heart. Instructed by a Throw Down instructor.
Hi, I’m Laura, a NASM certified trainer and mom. I know how hard it can be to get and stay fit during the many (often difficult) phases of a woman’s life. With a specialist certificate in Women’s Fitness I want to help you through each of those in a fun and supportive program. With my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and as a mother of four, I am uniquely qualified to guide you through your own health and fitness journey. I hope you will join our ladies who enjoy getting our VIBE on to meet our goals!
