Combining breathing, body weight, strength and mobility, Vital class focuses on improving your pelvic floor, core strength, while mobilizing hips and ankles.
GOAL BASED & TRANSFORMATIVE
After graduating from Vital class, you will start to work on your personal goals. Utilizing sandbags and body weight, you will transform your body through fat loss and muscle building classes.
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH & MUSCLE
Total Body Focus. Using heavier sandbag weights, these classes will work through all of your body's movement patterns to build lean muscle and improve your quality of life.
ENGAGING & VIBRANT CARDIO
Utilizing the environment and hip-hop music, this club style dance cardio class makes for a fun sweaty way to work your lungs and heart. Instructed by a Fly Dance Fitness Throw Down instructor.
